Deal Structuring
Clients often approach us or our partners with a project idea of what they need, and we then use our experience in corporate finance to facilitate deal structuring. We have concluded in excess of 75 funding projects, culminating in either loan funding, shareholding or private equity participation for all size companies ranging from startups to exchange listed entities.
Procurement Optimization
Often times our clients have everything they need to succeed, they just require the resources and support to make a strategic jump. We worked on this project with global consultants to investigate and identify cost optimization opportunities. The projects involved engagement with the agricultural community at large as well as individual producers.
Supply Chain Optimization
Our client was a multinational producer of FMCG goods and was required to redesign its supply chain model. Together with a global consultancy the total supply chain was redesigned, modeled and costed in a short period of time. The end result was a savings opportunity that was implemented over several years.
Technology Implementation
We have undertaken several large scale technology implementation as well as replacement projects. We provided overall program direction and oversight as well as coordination of multiple global technology suppliers. The projects involved extensive systems integration and architecture design.
